DayeAbasi & Co. LLC is an innovative, Christ-influenced nonprofit consulting business dedicated to supporting nonprofit organizations to achieve greater impact. We provide virtual and in-person support depending on the needs of each client. The goals of DayeAbasi & Co. vary as to its clients. Our consulting services include grant research, community organizing, strategic planning, and event coordination. You can find more information about our services below and throughout the site.

Our founder DayeAbasi Amkpa has over six years of experience working for nonprofits. As a young immigrant from Nigeria to the USA, she knows too well the struggles low-income communities in Nigeria face and the social injustices Black and Latino communities in the USA face. While her focus is on Human Rights Advocacy through community organizing, she also provides nonprofit management services for NGOs and community groups in Nigeria and America.

She has experience in grant writing, community organizing, leadership development, program design, program management, and program monitoring and evaluation. She has been instrumental in acquiring more than $25,000 in grant funds for youth-led NGOs in Nigeria. She is a strong advocate for quality education, and her work has won many victories for students of color in Texas. In 2018 her work led to the creation a racial equity office in the Dallas independent school district. In 2019 she organized a large base of students and parents in advocating and winning the implementation of Participatory budgeting. This racial equity concept put $60,000 in the hands of underserved students to have a say in essential changes in their school community.

She received her education at the United Nations Mandated University for Peace with a Master’s in International Law and Human Rights. She also holds a Bachelor’s in International Law and Diplomacy from Babcock University, Nigeria.
